Statewide KPAP Implementation - May 2009

Kentucky has saved $375 million and counting, adding $10 million worth of medications monthly, while helping more than 75,000 Kentuckians.

KPAP was developed in an effort to replicate a community PAP model developed by HEART USA, a 501(c)3 volunteer organization located in Paducah, Kentucky. The program has streamlined the PAP process through more efficient computer technology, reducing paperwork and increasing public access.
